You Can Make a Difference

JANUARY 25TH, 2023      |   What wonderful things has the Lord done in your life? Never be ashamed of sharing your testimony of God’s mercy and grace. A testimony cannot be written or spoken unless there has been a trial, a test, and a victory. The Lord delivers you from trials and temptations. He uses these things for triumph and to bring glory to His name. He redeems, restores and repurposes your life.

Our opening scripture says the author’s life is worth nothing unless he uses it for doing the work assigned to Him. What has God specifically assigned to your care? If you don’t know, ask the Lord to reveal it to you. When you realize that it’s not about you but about Him and others, your life has the power to make a difference.

Ask God what He desires for you to accomplish. Who does He want you to comfort? Once He answers, go for it! Faithfully tend to that which God has entrusted to your care so at the end of your race you will hear, “Well done, good and faithful servant!” (Matt 25:23 NIV)

Ask God to reveal to you what He would like to do through you in ministering to others.

Pray that the Holy Spirit would rise up within you so you can go about your heavenly Father’s business with clarity and with the power that has been invested within you from God.
