Who forgives all your iniquity, who heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit, who crowns you with steadfast love and mercy, who satisfies you with good so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s. –Psalm 103:3-5 ESV
The Focused Life
Is there an area of your life that is lacking this season? Or maybe it’s not just one area, but all areas. Either way, by putting your sight back on God, the situation may not change, but you will.
God fixes us from the inside out. Living our lives without God is like riding a bike or driving a car with a flat tire—it simply does not go well.
Put your faith in Him to do His part, and rely on Him to help you do your small part. What is He putting on your heart to focus on in this season—your relationship with Him, your spouse, your kids, friendships, offering grace, using your gifts, giving, or being still?
God help me to prioritize You first, and give me wisdom to know what else is and isn’t worthy of my focus.
God, thank You for creating me and being my strength; help me to run this short earthly race well. I can’t do it without You.
