Steadfast

Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.

-1 Corinthians 15:58 NKJV

The dictionary defines steadfast as: sure, dependable, reliable, unwavering, undeviating constancy, and a continuousness that may be depended upon. Wow, that sure sounds like God!

You are to mirror Jesus’ life here on earth. You are to be servants as He was, showing others the way to salvation through Jesus. As in Hebrews  6:19, This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast (NKJV).  You have a path that has been chosen for you from the beginning. Through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, you are to stay on your path and help as many of your brothers and sisters you can along the way.

Stay steadfast in your walk. God, through the Holy Spirit, is right by your side and is always faithful to show you your path.

Prayer Focus

  • Thank God Matthew  6:33 says if you seek Him first, you will find Him.
  • Thank God that He values and cherishes your daily walk with Him. Ask Him to help you truly seek a relationship with Him.
