The Church isn’t a building. The Church is an entire community of believers around the world. We are His Church, and it’s our responsibility to be a light in our communities, to love people, serve our neighbors, and ultimately point people to Jesus Christ.Current estimates show that Christians number 2.6 billion worldwide. Imagine the difference we could make if we fulfilled God’s desire for us to BE the Church. Homelessness could be eradicated, orphaned children would have homes, and villages around the world could have clean water. If each Christian gave an average of $14 per year, we could feed each of the 811 million hungry people around the world for the rest of their lives. Today, let’s join together in prayer for the worldwide Church and believe God for revival and an outpouring of His Spirit. Ask and believe that God will restore the Church to its rightful place in your community. Pray for pastors, that God would renew their strength, protect them and their families, and give them a fresh and new passion to reach the lost.
