In the Waiting – Part 2

Suddenly King Nebuchadnezzar jumped up in alarm and said, “Didn’t we throw three men, bound hand and foot, into the fire?” “That’s right, O king,” they said. “But look!” he said. “I see four men, walking around freely in the fire, completely unharmed! And the fourth man looks like a son of the gods!” –Daniel 3:24-25 MSG

In the Waiting – Part 2

Are you in the waiting for something big right now? Keep your eyes and heart open and be thankful for God’s leading. Strengthen your faith in His plan, and remember that difficulties are an opportunity for growth.

While waiting for that big thing to happen, remain in the Word and sharpen your sword, because the closer you get to your breakthrough, and the bigger God’s plan is for your life, the harder Satan will work to trip you up.

Call on the authority given to you by Christ Jesus and squash that enemy right where he slithers on his belly. Declare that God Almighty is right next to you keeping you safe in the fire Satan started. Instead of being burned by Satan, let God strengthen and renew you daily. Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego walked out of the fire unharmed. They were probably extremely scared in the fire, but they kept their eyes on Jesus. As a result, the three men showed a king and his people who God is and about His mighty power to save.

While waiting for that big thing to happen in your life, keep your eyes on Jesus and don’t let the fire of life’s trials distract you.

Ask God for wisdom in your struggle.

Thank God for His teaching, knowing it is making you stronger.
