Beloved

“Let the beloved of the Lord rest secure in him, for he shields him all day long, and the one the Lord loves rests between his shoulders.” -Deuteronomy 33:12 NIV

Do you feel that some days you don’t exist in the eyes of the world? Do you wonder if you have value? Ephesians says, “Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it. For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago” (Ephesians 2:9-10)

The Lord is your creator who gives you your value. He died on the cross for your sins. That’s how much He loves you. You are greatly loved by God. You are sons and daughters of the King! You are His beloved! Rest in His arms and feel His love.

Prayer Focus

  • Pray to Jesus and ask Him how He feels about you and where your value comes from.
  • Pray for a divine intervention of a friend or relative that will share your joy in the Lord or join a small group.
